George Asprey
Scar
George Asprey was born on October 1, 1966, in London, England. His journey into the world of acting was marked by determination and a rebellious spirit.
After studying business in the United States, George Asprey auditioned for entry to the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA). His talent and dedication paid off, as he was accepted as one of the nineteen new students out of thousands of applicants. Since then, he has made significant contributions to both stage and screen.

- The Dying of the Light (TV movie, 1992): George portrayed Sean Devereux, a UNICEF aid worker who met a tragic end.
- Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein (1994): He played a policeman in this film adaptation.

In an interview, he described Scar as “probably the greatest baddie that Disney has ever written.” The production had to close temporarily in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 lockdown but reopened at the Lyceum Theatre in July 2021, with Asprey reprising his role as Scar1
